Mark is a graduate from Utah State University where he received a bachelor’s degree in Spanish and Business Financing as well as an MBA. He is one of very few Certified Medicaid Planners CMP™ in the state of Utah. He devotes all his time and efforts to understanding the intricacies of Medicaid so that he can help individuals and families make plans to achieve eligibility for Medicaid. He enjoys spending his spare time with with his wife and two sons.

Andy grew up near the San Antonio, Texas area where he moved to Utah to complete a B.S. in Information Systems and minor in Business in Brigham Young University. Andy serves as the Operations Manager / IT Consultant within Medicaid Planning Services where he serves a variety of roles such as: Identifying/improving areas of inefficiency, Overseeing recruitment into the company, and Filling resource gaps. On his spare time, he enjoys volunteering in BYUSA, rock climbing, and running.
